Yesterday was not a vry gd day for mi nor my NP buddies but lets start from schol lahx.2day come to school,leave hm at abt 6.49am nah walk happily 2 school half way liao then remembered tat i 4gt to bring tie so called my mother to bring down the tie and chiong bck to school to have Amessbly(i tink spell wrong liao).After tat hav Sci....same same lorx vry boring then ltr was Maths fail my pop quiz...sob..but nvm lar now must study more liao exam cumin,tried nt to talk in class lor but improved(i tink i improved la but dunnoe wad others tink) talk little bit onli lorx.Then was recess blah blah blah.....Then was english oso same same lorx boring must do compo corrections do vry slow and class ending liao left last few words la vry sianz so ask vanessa help mi write lorx,THXS hor Vanessa horx thx vry much....=) Then nw NP nt vry nice parade lets start from the beginin nah....Frist was PT and still ok ok la at least dun nid to run nah...then had 10min to change to Half U and then had Baton drills and all started from there......gt scolded from Abdullah sir cuz of our drills are up to standard and its realli our fault la cuz we trained for so long and our drills still sucks so we must work harder to perfect them so guys must JIA YU horx and SRY HORX ABDULLAH SIR IF WE REALLY MADE YOU VRY ANGRY SRY SRY WE WILL BUCK UP ON OUR DRILLS 1 !!! date: Thursday, July 26, 2007

Bck to blog liaoz.Long time since I last blog cuz too lazy liao and kinda buzy with somethings lately....nth speaical to blog about la cuz nth really happended in school nor at home lorx.Tis few days always 4gt to bring things to school and always 4gt hmwk must do wad........die liao la if I continue like tis exam sure fail 1 sia........yesterday had our NAFA test 5 stations sit and reach,standing board jump,incline pull ups,shuttle run and sit-ups and vry happy with wad i scored:Sit and Reach=A=50 Standing board jump=B=200 Incline pull ups=A=24 Shuttle run=B=10.8sec Sit-ups=A=45 But for my 2.4km run....hiaz...run damn slow sia dun wan talk about it.....can't seem to keep running cuz ltr awhile will become become breatheless......can someone give mi some tips..............Hiaz....ending here liao and btw Huanhui sry to bother u askin 2dea gt wad hmwk vry peiseh horx....end here date: Friday, July 06, 2007

Hiaz...bck to blog again as never blog 4 quite long time le so today i will bloging abt wad i can tink of nah.....Today at skol nth spiecal happended onli went to dental in the morning at 8.30 and i didn't expect that there is air-con in that kind of mini van.The equipment there is so fun and we oso need to wear goggles(dunnoe why and for wad)after dental was math lesson and it was kinda interestin cuz we juz haf to draw here draw there onli.Then is recess after recess is English,and tis is the first time I saw Mr Chow angry and scold Thomas.Got CCA today and it was like hell.First was PT and it was the start of torture.OGM 25 time each for 3 sets for the 5 VX(i tink it is called VX la) so it 25 push-ups,25 sit-ups and so on and so on.After the 5 VX we had a run outside skol and when we came bck,Iwas so freakin tired and hot.After PT we had DRILLS=X!!I tot i was going to be quite fun cuz i always like drills but it was like ......cannot express it.We had baton drills and we had it under the god damn hot sun and holding the baton 90 degree to the ground........We had games after that and it was captains ball and my team won!!!YESSSS!So blog untill here liao ......end here |
